Entrepreneurs Circle Entrepreneurs Circle: Expanding a High-Energy Training Environment A high-energy training environment does not stay still once people start relying on it properly. Sessions become more frequent, audiences grow, remote participation becomes more important, and the value of the content starts to extend beyond the room itself. This project shows how BoomSpace helped Entrepreneurs Circle build on an already successful HQ environment, extending the Training Room and wider AV systems so the space could keep growing with the business without needing to be redesigned. The Challenge Entrepreneurs Circle had already created a headquarters built around energy, personality and live delivery. Their original BoomSpace fit-out transformed the new HQ into an immersive AV-rich environment for training programmes, member events, collaboration and branded content, with the main Training Room at the centre of that experience. As the business grew further into the space, the Training Room started to carry more value. It was still a live delivery space, but the content being created in the room now needed to work harder afterwards. Sessions needed to be captured more fully, reused more easily and shared beyond the people physically in the room. The original environment had supported audio-led recording. The next requirement was different: live video capture, with a wider view of the stage and room audio embedded properly into the recording workflow. This was not about correcting the original fit-out. It was about extending a space that was already working well. At the same time, the wider HQ was being used more regularly. The Mastermind Room needed to support remote participation more naturally, additional spaces needed clearer booking visibility, and even the more experience-led parts of the building needed to keep pace with how the environment was being used. This is a common scenario for organisations delivering training programmes, member events or client-facing learning experiences, where spaces that start as live delivery environments need to evolve into content capture and hybrid participation spaces without becoming harder to use. The BoomSpace AV Solution The Training Room led the next phase. BoomSpace expanded the room from audio-led recording to full live video capture, creating a more complete way to record the stage and embed room audio into the capture workflow. The goal was simple: keep the room easy to use, but make the output stronger and more useful afterwards. BoomSpace led the full AV design and integration, making sure the new capture capability worked as part of the existing environment rather than feeling like a separate layer added afterwards. The work also strengthened EC’s wider training room AV environment, supporting the shift from live-only delivery to sessions that could be captured, reused and shared beyond the room. The solution was shaped around four clear areas of growth: The Training Room evolved from audio-led recording to live video capture, with a wider stage view and embedded room audio. The Mastermind Room was expanded to support remote participation while building on the existing room audio and DSP infrastructure. Additional room booking panels were introduced across the wider HQ to support increased day-to-day use. The Disco Toilets were extended with an additional lighting zone, building on one of the most distinctive experience-led moments from the original fit-out. From design through integration and commissioning, BoomSpace retained responsibility for how the upgraded spaces behaved in real use, making sure each addition supported the original design rather than pulling the environment in a different direction. The Impact The Training Room now does more than support the live session. It gives Entrepreneurs Circle a clearer way to capture the energy, delivery and value of what happens in the room, so content can be used beyond the day itself. That matters because EC’s spaces are not passive meeting rooms. They are part of how the business connects with members, delivers training and creates memorable experiences. As the business has grown into the HQ, the environment has been able to grow with it. The Mastermind Room now supports remote participation while still building on the existing AV foundation. The additional room booking panels make the wider HQ easier to use day to day. Even the Disco Toilets continue to reflect the personality of the building, with the experience extended rather than replaced. The important point is that this phase did not require the original design to be undone. It proves that the first fit-out was structured with enough flexibility to support future capability. The spaces have been expanded in the places where real use showed additional value, protecting the original investment while allowing the HQ to keep pace with the business. BoomSpace didn’t just deliver the AV – they elevated the entire experience. Every screen, speaker, and wire was part of something bigger: an office that feels world-class. Cameron Botterill Managing Director, Entrepreneurs Circle FAQs Can this type of training room be upgraded without redesigning the whole space? Yes. Where the original environment has been structured properly, additional capability such as live video capture and hybrid participation can be integrated without redesigning the room. Can training rooms support live video capture and content reuse? Yes. Training room AV systems can be designed or extended to support live video capture, embedded room audio and reusable content workflows. Can existing meeting or collaboration spaces support remote participation? Yes. Existing spaces can support hybrid participation by integrating solutions such as Zoom Room capability with existing AV systems. Why is scalable AV design important for training environments? Scalable AV design allows environments to grow with the business, adding capability where needed without replacing the original system.
